Oppo Find X5 Releasing : Announced with Snapdragon 888
The Oppo Find X5 is equipped with the Snapdragon 888 processor and the same camera sensors as the X5 Pro. The Oppo Find X5 and the Oppo Find X5 Pro are two flagship smartphones that Oppo introduced today. Although the Pro is undoubtedly the best model, the basic model includes a slew of incredible hardware features, including Hasselblad’s Natural Color Calibration and the specially constructed 6-nm MariSilicon X image processing processor. The unique CPU is paired with the Snapdragon 888 (rather than the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1), which has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It runs the same color OS 12.1 (based on Android 12) with visual and privacy advancements, as well as the current Multi-Screen Connection function, which allows you to switch between your smartphone and Windows PC with ease. Its X5 is smaller in size and boasts a 6.55-inch OLED display.
Even though the X5 is smaller and has a 6.55” OLED display. It has 1,080 x 2,400 px resolution and while it is not an LTPO panel, it still offers 120Hz refresh rate. The back is covered with matte glass (available in Black and White), plus a fingerprint-resistant frame.
The Find X5 boasts a camera configuration that is quite similar to the Pro, and it’s not only because of the MariSilicon chip. This features two IMX766 cameras, one wide and the other ultra wide. The 1/1.56″ sensors support binning and contain 1.0m pixels. The wide camera features OIS, but it’s the ordinary sort, not the 5-axis kind that’s only available on the Pro.
The X5 boasts a multi-tier cooling system similar to the Pro that includes an extra large vapor chamber. However, it lacks an IP dust or water resistance rating. The 360° antenna is still on board, for a stable 5G connection.

Pre-orders for the Oppo Find X5 start at €1,000 for the 8/256 GB variant (the only one available in Europe), with open sales beginning on March 14.
