According to the source, the Galaxy M13 5G would include a 6.5″ HD+ LCD screen with a 269 ppi pixel density and a 5,000 mAh battery that is said to allow 15W charging. Both 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB of memory will be available for the M13 5G. It will allow storage expansion up to 1TB via a microSD card and virtual RAM expansion using the RAM Plus function.

The smartphone may possibly include Samsung’s virtual RAM capability, according to rumors. According to a report, it has already been discovered in the certification database of the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC).

The base variant of the Galaxy M13 5G is said to come with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage, whereas the second variant can get 6GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage.
